  • Solve Complex Challenges: Design for data intensive applications, creating seamless workflows and interfaces that enhance usability.
  • Champion User Centricity: Use research methods and feedback loops to uncover user pain points, validate solutions, and advocate for the customer throughout the design lifecycle.

  • Influence Design Excellence: Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and cross functional sessions to align teams, resolve ambiguity, and drive shared understanding.
  • Discover new value for our enterprise experiences.
  • Learn continuously through self-study, engagement with the design community, and company- expensed professional development opportunities (e.g. books, workshops, conferences, certifications, etc.).

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • You bring fresh ideas to the team, contributing to a culture of growth, inclusivity, and innovation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated expertise in effectively communicating design work, supported by a portfolio that will be requested and reviewed during the interview process
  • Proven expertise in shaping and facilitating a variety of collaborative group activities, including ideation sessions, design sprints, affinity mapping, user story mapping, discovery kickoff sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating with diverse teams and processes to extract and document a clear, systemic understanding of an experience—whether existing or to be designed.
  • Demonstrates flexibility by adapting methods and approaches as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Confidently navigates difficult conversations and resolves task conflicts with professionalism.
  • Exhibits strong active listening skills to foster understanding and collaboration.
  • Adept at simplifying complex information and tailoring communication to suit different audiences.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level product design.
  • A portfolio showcasing functional, high-quality UI backed by strong research, problem solving, and attention to detail (no lorem ipsum here!).
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma and expertise in accessibility (a11y) best practices.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and unite teams around shared goals.
